Since Kellogg’s launched the “Safety Starts with Me” initiative three years ago there has been an increase in safety awareness and a decrease in accidents.  It has been and continues to be a successful program.  To further improve upon the foundation that has been established, the incentive portion of the initiative has been adjusted to include all employees, not just those performing jobs that are considered ‘higher’ risk.  Kellogg’s believe safety should be first.  Click Here For Safety Incentive Program Outline.
